1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a luky77 account.
• "Account" — the personal luky77 account created by a Player upon successful registration.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the luky77 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and luky77 in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

2.3 If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the luky77 Platform and close your Account.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one luky77 Account only. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 Verification. luky77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) copy — at any stage of the Account lifecycle, and in particular before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the luky77 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. luky77 makes no warranty that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luky77 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.

4.3 luky77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is active, a one-time SMS code will be required in addition to your password at each login.

4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify luky77 immediately via live chat. luky77 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.

4.5 luky77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from luky77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 luky77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All Account Balances are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by luky77 on PKR deposits.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

5.3 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically clear in under 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 luky77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as your luky77 Account. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 luky77 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, including where a deposit is suspected to be connected with fraudulent or money-laundering activity.

5.6 luky77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside luky77's control and are your responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; luky77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval.

6.3 luky77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, or a recent bank statement confirming your account details. Failure to provide these documents within 7 calendar days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6.4 Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal amounts and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met.

6.5 luky77 may impose withdrawal limits for security or compliance reasons. Where a limit applies, the Player will be notified and a schedule for staged payments will be offered where practicable.

6.6 luky77 is not liable for delays caused by payment processing partners, banking institutions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.2 luky77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error affected the display of odds or game outcome; (b) a match or event was abandoned, postponed, or materially altered before the relevant market was settled; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; or (d) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular activity.

8.3 In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events, including wickets, injuries, and video reviews. Bets accepted during a market suspension will be voided.

8.4 All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer games, and arcade titles — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures. luky77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the luky77 Platform — including but not limited to the luky77 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of luky77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use luky77 branding in any manner not expressly authorised by luky77.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of luky77 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability
